‘Top Model’ Club ‘Basher’ Claims Innocence

Atalya Slater, the former “America’s Next Top Model” contestant who was arrested for allegedly bashing a club-goer at 1Oak in the head during a fight over a jacket, thinks her name will be cleared. “Ms. Slater was not the instigator of the incident,” her lawyer, Justin Blitz, told Page Six.

“The truth will come out at trial, and she looks forward to clearing her name then.” We reported last week how Slater’s alleged victim was taken to the hospital and the model was arrested on charges of misdemeanor assault.
