Schulman Blitz, LLP‘s client was driving with his wife and son when his car was rear ended by the driver of a Lexis SUV on Avenue U and East 27th Street in Brooklyn, NY.

He suffered injuries including a Herniation at level C5-C6 with thecal sac indentation and L5-S1 foraminal herniation component impinging upon the exiting L3 root.  The injuries caused a cervical and lumbar disc displacement and radiculopathy that required trigger point injections to the lower back and cervical spine.
