$125,000 Settlement For Woman Who Slips And Falls On Ice

Schulman Blitz, LLP settled a case for $125,000 for our client who slipped and fell on ice in the parking lot of a major retail store. Our client sustained a bad injury to her leg which required surgery. The case was venued in Supreme Court, Putnam County.
